By installing TipFever on iOS or Android, or by using https://tipfever.app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or this site.
What TipFever is
TipFever publishes sports betting tips and related tools (filters, statistics, votes, combos, a slip generator, and a responsible-play guide). It is information and entertainment. It is not a gambling operator, bookmaker, or payment processor for bets. The slip generator does not place bets.
Age
You must be 18 or older. If local law sets a higher age for betting content, that higher age applies.
Tips are not advice
Tips, odds, confidence labels, notes, combos, and statistics can be wrong. They may rely on third-party data that changes. You are responsible for how you use the information. We are not liable for losses, missed bets, or decisions you make.
The app
You need a supported iPhone or Android device and an internet connection. We may update, pause, or stop features. Keep the app updated. Do not copy, reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the service. Team names, crests, and league marks belong to their owners. TipFever is unofficial and is not affiliated with any league or club.
Premium
The app is free to download. Optional Premium is billed by Apple or Google through in-app purchase. Prices shown in the store listing are set by those stores and vary by country. Manage or cancel in your Apple or Google account. Referral rewards (one month of Premium after five successful referrals) can take time to apply and may be withheld if we detect abuse.
Ads
Free users may see ads. You can unlock some premium tips by watching a rewarded video when an ad is available. Ads are served by Google AdMob and are not chosen by us individually.
Acceptable use
Do not harass others in feedback, manipulate votes with bots, share illegal content, or use the app where accessing betting information is unlawful. You are responsible for following the laws where you live.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, TipFever is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including betting losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after that date is acceptance of the new terms.
